
The Zambia Federation of Employers (ZFE) is a central organisation for the employers governed by a Board of Directors elected by the general membership. The Federation was established in 1966 and exists to promote and protect the interests of the employers through lobbying with the government on labour and business legislation and representation at local and international conferences. The Federation operates under a constitution, which provides for a general membership, Board of Directors and the Secretariat.
