The Zambia Federation of Employers (ZFE) will be running a workshop on Effective Performance Management from 27 - 28th June 2022.
at Lake Safari Lodge in Siavonga.
This workshop has been designed to help participant understand how to evaluate the efficiency of the organisation’s Performance Management System and work towards aligning it with the business objectives. Not only that but will further equip participants with the right knowledge, skills, and attitude towards paving a path of growth and success for their own team members and business at large.
Secondly, it will be delivered to enable participants implement a performance management process at their organisations that will help in setting performance targets, setting KPIs, provide both positive and negative feedback to the supervised, monitor and evaluate performance at their organisations. By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:-
- - Understand the importance, purpose, and impact of a strong and robust Performance Management on the culture and growth of the organisation
- - Understand how to be on the look-out for average and poor performers to guide and motivate them timely to become better performers
- -Learn the ways to set the expectations right through objective goal setting, KRA, and KPI
- - Understand how to reward for good performance, both financially and non-financially
